      Sure, you can always prep ahead. I like to make smoothie bags and freeze them. I use fresh bananas in my smoothies all the time.

  3. Recipe: 2 handfuls of kale, 1 pitted peach, 1 cup of blueberries, 1 cucumber, 1 tbs of hemp seeds, 1 tbs of chia seeds, fill to the max line with coconut water
