Ingredients

  • 3 stalks Celery
  • ΒΌ cup Parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp Spirulina
  • Juice of a Lemon
  • 1 cup Green Tea cooled

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the celery stalks.

  2. Add all of the ingredients into a high-speed blender for 1-2 minutes ensuring a smooth mixture.

  3. Stir gently before serving.
