Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Fresh Turmeric grated
  • 1 cup Organic Kale
  • ½ Apple
  • 1 cup Berries
  • 1 cup Almond Milk

Instructions

  1. Chop the apple into small chunks and dice.

  2. Add all the smoothie ingredients into a blender and blend until completely combined and smooth.

  3. Pour into a glass and drink as soon as possible to take full benefit of the live nutrients.
