Prune Smoothie for Constipation

Ingredients
- 1 Apple
- 5 Prunes dried
- 5 Dates
- 1 Carrot peeled and cut into small chunks
- 1 tbsp Ginger freshly grated
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- ½ cup Soy Milk
Instructions

Place in all ingredients in a blender and blitz on high until well incorporated and well mixed.
