  • 1 ΒΌ cup Milk of Choice
  • 1 Avocado ripe
  • 1 Peach
  • 2 cups Spinach
  • 1 tbsp Agave or Honey
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 4-5 pieces Ice


  1. Peel and slice the whole avocado and peach before adding the milk, spinach, honey, and ice and blend until smooth. Serve up and sprinkle chia seeds on top for an added extra boost of protein and fiber!
