What you forgot to mention was that if you get in anything that isn’t organic you may be taking in genetically modified food and definitely toxins from the pesticides used on them. Never downplay the goodness, and for me, absolutely necessity of organic.

Why start a juicing fast at all if you’re just going to continue to pollute your body with toxins?
