					<description><![CDATA[I was having really bad issues with falling asleep after eating. Several times fell asleep at my work desk after lunch, and had to be shaken awake by my boss. I got into trouble each time, as I worked on reception. I realized this was happening after over eating meat and pasta, or when I had a bad food combination as it put pressure on my digestive system. I swapped big dense lunch meals for salads with fish, or smoothies, and found instead they filled me up without over stuffing, and also gave me more energy for the afternoon.]]></description>
