Chia Laxative Smoothie

Servings 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 1 Apple peeled and cut into chunks
  • 1 Carrot peeled and cut into chunks
  • 3 Figs fresh or dried
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seed
  • 1 Orange peeled and cut into chunks
  • 2 slices Pineapple
  • ½ cup Aronia Berries
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cup Water

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients listed in a blender and blitz until well incorporated and smooth. 

  2. Serve in a glass.
