High-Fiber Smoothie for Constipation

Servings 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Baby Spinach
  • 1 cup Celery
  • 2 tbsp Parsley freshly chopped
  • Juice of one Lemon freshly squeezed
  • 1 Orange peeled and sliced into big chunks
  • 1 tbsp Ground Flax Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Agave Syrup or Maple Syrup
  • ½ cup Peas frozen
  • ¼ cup Water

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.

  2. Blitz until well blended and smooth mixture forms.

  3. Serve in a smoothie jar.
