Green Smoothie for Constipation

Servings 1 serving

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Baby Spinach
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 Apple peeled and cut into small chunks
  • 1 Carrot peeled and cut into small chunks
  • 1 tsp Flax Seeds
  • Juice of one Lemon freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup Pineapple cut into chunks
  • ½ cup Almond Milk

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz until well mixed into a smooth consistency. 

  2. Serve in a cup filled with ice.
