Prune Smoothie for Constipation

Ingredients

  • 1 Apple
  • 5 Prunes dried
  • 5 Dates
  • 1 Carrot peeled and cut into small chunks
  • 1 tbsp Ginger freshly grated
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ cup Soy Milk

Instructions

  1. Place in all ingredients in a blender and blitz on high until well incorporated and well mixed.

  2. Serve with ice in a serving glass.
