  • ½ Mango cut into cubes
  • ½ cup Milk of Choice coconut milk works wonderfully in this!
  • 1 tbsp Agave
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Grated Ginger
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Flakes
  • 4-5 pieces Ice


  1. Cut ½ of a mango into cubes, peel and grate a thumb sized piece of ginger and add the remaining ingredients all into your blender. Whizz for 2 minutes until you have the perfect mango and ginger smoothie, sip and enjoy!
