Very informative &amp; helpful article!

About a half a year ago I have became vegetarian and was looking for some tasty &amp; health beneficial meals &amp; few of them contained avocados (I haven&#039;t even tried avocados prior to me becoming vegetarian so I was pretty clueless about these benefits that it has! Thankfully, Your article made it very clear of why is it worth to eat avocados and I have to say, I am pretty blown away! I head earlier that avocados were good for Your health, but I knew very minimal about those benefits. Everything in this article was super informative to me, thank You! 

I couldn&#039;t even imagine that avocados contain so much Vitamin E, K, C and B which are crucial for great brain functionality as well as healthy skin! I have also found that avocados contain a lot of healthy fats to be very interesting as well, because it effectively helps from getting heart diseases and overall contributes to good heart health which is insanely strong and positive benefit! I was also pleasantly surprised by the fact that avocados are loaded with lutein which improves vision health, great stuff! 

How much should I eat avocados per day?
