					<description><![CDATA[Great content. About five years ago, hubby and I, swapped a cooked dinner for a smoothie and have never looked back. Now five nights a week (during the working week), we have a smoothie for dinner. After work, the last thing we feel like doing is preparing and cooking a meal and washing up afterwards, so a smoothie is perfect as so quick and easy to make. We try to avoid takeaways and convenience microwavable meals for health reasons, so they are not an option. Plus having a heavy meal at night really plays havoc with my digestion, and I hate going to bed on a bulging tummy.  We chop and change the recipe to suit tastes or what fruit is in season, but current recipe is: coconut water as the liquid base, papaya or blueberries, half an avocado for thickness and a scoop of vegan organic pea protein powder. That way dinner is made, consumed and cleaned up, in less than twenty minutes. I hate a lumpy smoothie, so I have a powerful Vitamix blender, as it makes a lovely silky smooth drink.]]></description>
