I would stay away from spinach and dark green leafy vegetables in general, as these tend to be high in iron.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Some fruits contain sorbitol, a type of indigestible sugar, which could cause digestive distress. Those are prunes, pears, sweet cherries, peaches and apples. I personally never had any issues with it.  &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Always start slow when beginning to juice and see how your body reacts to it. Juicing vegetables is basically having vegetables in liquid form, so it should be good for you. But please consult your physician before you start to implement juicing into your life, as I am certainly not an expert on hemochromatosis. As i am on a health kick this info is good for me, it does look disgusting but i am a chancer and will try anything:)
Is there a lot of iron in these  fruits and vegetables?as i have heamocromotosis which is too much iron in my body, i would hate to add more iron.
Also would this give you an upset stomach to start with?
