Hi David, that’s sad to hear. Ninja’s customer service certainly isn’t the best, but I rarely had issues with my Ninja blender so far. Hopefully, they’ll give in and help you out. How old is your blender, do you still have warranty on it?

Gone through many vacumms because they fail. also the seals on the top of the cups wear out with use. Customer service is a fight to get them to replace the pumps.
