					<description><![CDATA[Ha ha. Not to be a party pooper, but I actually find bananas make me very sleepy. In fact, if I cannot sleep at night, I will have a banana and lettuce smoothie for the sedative effect of both foods. Whilst bananas making you sleepy sounds odd - especially when so many people say they are energy boosters - a bananas contain both magnesium and melatonin, both of which help you sleep. The best energy booster ever for me is a celery juice, but given it also works well for constipation......well you can imagine.]]></description>
